Caerphilly Keys Leasing offers a significant range of benefits to private landlords whilst also providing access to support services for the contract holder with the aim of a long term successful partnership for all parties.

The scheme offers landlords a full comprehensive property management package which include repairs, maintenance and guaranteed rental income.

• Guaranteed rental income for the length of the lease at Local Housing Allowance – meaning no rent arrears and no voids.
• Grants up to £9,999 for empty properties.
• Property improvement grants up to £5000 to meet required Welsh Government Standards.
• Leases of 5 years.
• Full free of charge management of the property and tenant for the lifetime of the lease.
• Property inspections, repairs and maintenance covered (subject to reasonable wear and tear).
• Tailored tenancy management and ongoing housing support provided to all tenants via our support team
• Property returned to you in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the lease.
