What we are looking for?
We are seeking properties of all shape and sizes to accommodate a wide range of homeless applicants.
Where?
We are looking for properties throughout all of the Caerphilly Borough.
Standards?
Welsh Government have set out mandatory elements that need to be met before a property can come onto scheme. A survey will need to be conducted by Caerphilly County Borough Council to determine the current standard of the property. However, if the property is in need of renovation then there are various grants available to landlords to meet the Welsh Government standards. Subject to eligibility.

The Caerphilly Private Landlord Forum was formed in 2007 with the key objective being to provide a forum for open discussion allowing us to effectively represent the landlords of Caerphilly and be your voice, allowing us to ask questions and where needed work with Local Authority and Welsh Government to influence decision making and positively challenge direction.
